Registration for fall NECC dual credit classes is underway.  Dual credit classes offer our students the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school at a reduced tuition cost.   The cost per credit hour will be $49. The options for dual credit classes available to Battle Creek H.S. students are growing. Three new dual credit courses taught by BCHS staff have been added for next fall.  NECC also offers Fridays @ NECC courses and online courses for high school students. The Fridays classes allow seniors to jump start a program and get hands-on experience in some of the technical, health, and trade programs.  Online classes offer seniors the option to take a general education class that can be transferred to their college of choice. With the NECC online classes and Fridays classes, upcoming seniors are encouraged to register early as seats will fill up quickly.  For dual credit classes taught by BCHS teachers, class registration will be due by May 13th. The math and English dual credit courses require students to meet an ACT or MAP Test criteria score to get into the class. All registration forms should be turned in to the school counselor.
