On Friday, November 1st, 15 Battle Creek students traveled to Tilden, Nebraska to participate in the 49th annual Elkhorn Valley Junior High Vocal Clinic. These 7th and 8th graders rehearsed all afternoon with over 400 other students to come together for a final concert at 5:30. The guest clinician was Mrs. Kathy Simpson. The group performed a total of six songs and also heard other schools perform during the concert.
Eighth graders who participated were Taylynn Aldag, Nevaeha Funk-Breay, Danica Sheppard, Leah Tillman, Zoey Watson, Emmalee Stickler, Kelli Vavra, and Elizabeth Weed.
Seventh graders were Jacob Herrick, Alexis Hoffmann, Jaycee Klein, Kaydence Salmon, Dylan Throckmorton, Keira Hestekind, and Lana Tillman.
