November 14th was a great day for music! The Mid-States Conference Choral Clinic was held at Wayne High School and hosted by Tracy Anderson. Clinician Dr. Matthew Armstrong and accompanist Shelly Armstrong worked with the students in rehearsals. All nine schools in the conference were present and they put on a wonderful 5 pm concert. The mass choir sang four songs together and each school was able to showcase their own song as a choir.
Battle Creek students who participated were Karlie Alder, Emma Wilkinson, Mari Spale, Alexsis Kersten, Hannah Tillman, Ashlynn Rath, Izzy Foulk, Dylan Hamilton, Karlie Clinch, Raina Lade, Stacey Frisch, Hannah Maslonka, and Preston Henn.
