It is an exciting time at Battle Creek Public Schools!  Here at BCPS, we have always been “Committed to Excellence,” but as a result of recent strategic planning, we have also committed to being “The School of Choice” in Northeast Nebraska.   Being “The School of Choice” means we strive to provide the best educational opportunities and the best facilities we possibly can for our students. It is no secret that our schools’ activities programs are the biggest public relations program of Battle Creek Public Schools.  Every year we have outstanding community support, and the schools we compete with bring their community support with them. It is common to have three to four hundred people in attendance at every varsity athletic event, not to mention the numerous non-varsity competitions scheduled throughout the year.  My purpose of expounding on all of this is simple. Battle Creek Public Schools is offering a first-of-a-kind partnership opportunity to our community and area businesses. These first-of-a-kind partnerships will give our partners center stage, advertising at all home athletic competitions. The amount of advertising and exposure will depend on the level of partnership.  Battle Creek Public Schools is in need of updating and replacing our existing scoreboards throughout the district, and because we are committed to being “The School of Choice” we want to replace our existing scoreboards with state of the art replacements which will include video. These partnerships are completely different from traditional fund-raising. We are not asking for a donation; we are asking for a partnership.   Due to the video capabilities of our new equipment, partners will be able to advertise well beyond the traditional donor signs. The level of partnership will determine the amount of exposure during events. The higher the partnership level, the more exposure during events. All levels of partnerships will have a five(5) year life cycle with preference for renewals. Battle Creek Public Schools will provide our partners with a captive and continuous audience to advertise to.  In the day of online music, online news, and online tv, finding consistent audiences to advertise to is difficult. We would like to offer this unique opportunity to your business and guarantee an audience on a regular basis.
