Happy Friday everyone!
At the end of the day today, we will have completed 3 full weeks of school. Over these three weeks I have noticed the newly remodeled elementary rooms get up and running. I have seen new students in both buildings start to understand the high expectations of being a Brave & Bravette and striving to meet those high expectations. I have watched teachers adapt and strategize to meet the needs of all their students as they have quickly learned their strengths and areas for improvement. I have witnessed support and encouragement. I have seen teams and individuals find early success yet remain humble and hungry. I have seen exceptional achievement on early assessments. I have seen a few mishaps and mistakes with positive responses. I have seen frustrations and tears that through support turn into encouragement and happiness. All this within the first few weeks of school. This is what we do and how we do it around here. High expectations are not the easiest, but they yield the most. This is why there is no place like BC. The early commitment to excellence can be seen and felt everywhere. Keep the momentum rolling!!
