Freshmen Blaze Day a Success

Article by Natalie Miller

On Wednesday, April 17, the freshman class traveled to Tintern for their 2018-2019 Blaze Day. While there, the group participated in various games, and the trailblazers who attended with the freshmen led discussions with the class, stressing the importance of being involved at school and how to develop positive relationships over the next three years while in high school. Those in attendance learned that these two things - involvement and positive relationships - really help students figure out who they want to be and where they want to go after high school. According to freshman Raina Lade, “The day was a great way for our class to connect.”
