The Battle Creek Bravette 400 meter relay found a way to shave time yet again to set a new season best time of 51.26 at the Nebraska State Track and Field Championships. The squad’s new personal record on the season was good enough to finish in 8th place and earned all four participants a state medal.
Running the relay this season were senior Shelby Obst, freshman Paytyn Taake and juniors Madi and Makenna Taake. Obst is a four time state qualifier for the team.
