NO SCHOOL Friday, April 7th and Monday, April 10th.

Congrats to the Bravette Track team on a great team win yesterday at our home invite. Individual winners included: Sophie Humphrey in the Long Jump, 100 Hurdles, & 300 Hurdles, Mya Zohner in the Pole Vault, & Reagan Brummels in the Shot Put.

A Big congratulations to our FCCLA chapter in their success at state this week! They brought home many chapter awards and had all 13 competitors place in the top 3 of their events. 9 of which will be heading to Nationals this summer! Medalists are:

  • Brittany Borchers: Career Investigation - 3rd place

  • Sami Wemhoff & Jaid Wehrle: Sports Nutrition- 3rd place

  • Sidnee Hollum: Teach and Train- 3rd place

National Qualifiers are:

  • Breanna Borchers: Chapter in Review Portfolio level 3- 1st place place

  • Kaydence Salamon & Tori Nelson: Chapter in Review Portfolio level 2- 1st place

  • Jaiden Ertzner: Event Management -1st place

  • Carli Hamilton: Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation- 1st place

  • Lainey Knapp & Adley Seifert: Focus on Children- 2nd place

  • Macey Moore: Repurpose & Redesign- 1st place

  • Ali Kersten: Say Yes to FCS- 1st place

Mrs. Gray is in need of senior salute surveys from the following: Jaxson Hassler, Afftynn Stusse, Cody Sullivan, Brennen Weidner, Trinity Lutt, and Aidan Sobotka.  Please get your forms to Mrs. Gray as soon as possible so that we can honor you!

The sophomores will be taking the PreACT test on Thursday morning.  Students will meet in the commons at 8:10.  Bring a calculator and #2 pencils.

Juniors- you can now register for fall NECC Dual-Credit online classes.  Check your email for instructions. We are still waiting for BCHS and Fridays @ NECC registration information. 

If you signed up for the Chess Tournament, check your email for a message from Mr. Heller so you know who you play. 

Reminder of the FCCLA Chapter Meeting on Tuesday morning at 7:30 am in the FCS room.

Due to health regulations, the pop machine is being emptied.  The only remaining item in that machine is Diet Mt. Dew.  The other two machines will continue to be available for students to use.

On Thursday morning, the Student Council will meet in Mr. Schmidt’s room for a 7:30 meeting.  Following the meeting, a yearbook picture will be taken at 7:50 in the library.
