Dear Patrons, Parents, and Students,
We hope this message finds you well.
To address a growing safety concern for our students who walk to school and must cross Highway 121, we are seeking volunteers to serve as morning crossing guards. With your help, we can ensure our students arrive safely each day.
Our goal is to have crossing guards on duty from 7:30 to 7:50 AM each morning that school is in session. We will need two volunteers each day, stationed at the following intersections:
Highway 121 & S. Martin
Highway 121 & Market
The school will provide high-visibility vests and handheld stop signs, which can be picked up at the elementary school office.
To volunteer, please sign up using the following link: BC Crossing Guard Duty
Students in grades 9–12 are eligible to earn community service hours for volunteering.
Your time and support can make a meaningful difference in keeping our students safe. Please consider lending a hand.
Thank you for your continued support,
