Two Weeks from Today!
Two weeks from today, out we will run,
Ready at last for some holiday fun.
Two weeks from today may seem far away,
But soon enough, it will be Christmas Day.
Two weeks from today, few will be found—
Ballers and grapplers still hanging around.
Two weeks from today, tests will be done;
Before the presents, there's games to be won.
Two weeks from today, snow—please stay away;
No one wants school stretching past May.
Two weeks from today, so happy we’ll be;
During the break, a new year we’ll see.
Two weeks from today, our homework all done,
Time to relax, unwind, and have fun.
Finish strong now—let effort lead the way,
So we can enjoy what's two weeks away.
