Happy Friday everyone!
The last Happy Friday of twenty-twenty five,
We’ve been counting down for this day to arrive.
Grade six and below are already done,
By the end of today, the big kids will run
Out the doors in a quick-mannered way,
Staff will follow as soon as they may.
Today is the day—it’s finally here,
The volume turned up on holiday cheer.
Eight to one-thirty, the countdown is on,
My guess is by three, we’ll all be gone.
It’s time to enjoy some much-needed rest,
We all deserve it for giving our best.
Time is so precious, the best of all gifts,
Give it to loved ones—your spirit uplifts.
Make the most of your time spent away,
Upon your return, we’ll be working to May.
Enjoy the long break, be joyful and cheer,
