No-Blame

Happy Friday Everyone!

When we find ourselves in a state of stress or are upset about something it is natural to try and place blame on someone or something that caused our stress or anger.  More times than not, we find a person to blame for making us feel that stress or anger.  When we do this, we are relinquishing control of our lives and giving it to someone else.  This is definitely something we do not want to do.  Therefore, we should never blame anyone in our lives.  We need to realize and always remember that good people give us happiness.  Bad people give us experience.  The worst people give us a life lesson.  The very best people give us memories.  It is always about our own personal perspectives and our internal fortitudes that allow us to maintain control of our lives and happiness.  When we refrain from participating in the blame game, we can live a life where our interactions with others(the good, bad, and great) create opportunities to make ourselves the best versions they can be.
