The champs are here! First JH track meet in Albion was a success today! It was cold and windy but we didn’t care! Girls and boys were both crowned team champs! 👑


Megan Lutt, daughter of Chris and Kristy Lutt, attended St. John Lutheran School before coming to Battle Creek High School as a freshman. She is a member of St. John Lutheran Church.
Megan participated in mock trial for two years; speech, drama, and golf for three; and FCCLA and quiz bowl during all four years of high school. In golf, Megan qualified for the Class C state tournament three years in a row and was the 2020 Midstate Conference and District C-3 individual runner-up. During her senior year, Megan served as a FCCLA State Peer-Ed Officer and as the class vice-president. Megan is also the editor of the yearbook.
In the classroom, Megan has earned several honors, including the NSAA Academic All-State award. She has been a member of the Battle Creek National Honor Society for two years and served as the chapter secretary during her senior year. Megan has been on the A Honor Roll for all four years of high school.
Outside of school, Megan enjoys hanging out with friends and hammocking. She has worked as a waitress at Goody’s Grille since 2019 and as a nurse’s aide at Community Pride Care Center since the beginning of 2020.
After graduation, Megan plans to attend Nebraska Wesleyan University to study biology. In the future, she plans to become either a physician’s assistant or a physician.
