Today, the Culinary classes kicked off the Thanksgiving celebrations a bit early. Each class had the opportunity to roast their own turkeys, prepare traditional Thanksgiving dishes, and craft delicious desserts. It was a feast to remember, filled with great food and even greater teamwork!
Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day of music-making. Out of 800 auditions and 273 participants, Battle Creek had five students selected to the biennial All State Middle Level Chorus this year. 🎉🎶
They departed early in the morning to travel to Lincoln and rehearse six whole songs with the world-renowned composer, Greg Gilpin! They got to work with a rockstar of a musician to put on a rockstar concert in their journey to becoming rockstar musicians themselves. They even got the hardware to show it!🏅🏅
Please congratulate this incredible individuals when you see them -- this is an honor of the highest prestige to make all state. Go Braves and Bravettes! 💜💛
