Here are the official results from yesterday's C1–5 District Speech Tournament. BC finished the tournament as runner‑up and qualified seven individuals in a total of nine entries for next week's state tournament in Kearney. Congratulations to all!

We want to extend a huge congratulations to Jaiden Ertzner as National FCCLA announced the Member of the Year Semi-Finalists today! FCCLA is proud to recognize the Top 15 Semi-Finalists for the FCCLA Member of the Year Awards, presented by the U.S. Army. The FCCLA Member of the Year represent the highest honor that any member can receive. Being named a semi-finalist is a national distinction, recognizing individuals whose leadership, service, and innovation set them apart. These FCCLA Members reflect the U.S. Army’s core values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage, and their impact is shaping the future of FCCLA and communities nationwide. The second phase of the evaluation process is now underway, and in April, the Top 5 Finalists will be announced. We wish Jaiden the best of luck, and we can’t wait to see what else she will accomplish!
